Trekadoo Family Vacations (“Trekadoo,” “we,” “us”) is a small, family-run collection of vacation homes. We care about your privacy the same way we’d want ours cared for. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Information we collect
When you contact us. Our contact form opens a message in your own email app — so you send us your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write. We receive and keep that message so we can reply and help with your stay.
When you book. Reservations are completed on the Direct Booking Site operated by our booking partner, Hostfully. The guest details and payment information you enter to book are collected and processed by Hostfully under Hostfully’s privacy policy, not by this website. We never see or store your card details.
Automatically, in aggregate. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that measures how the site is used — pages viewed, referring site, general country, and device type — without cookies, without a cross-site tracking profile, and without storing information that identifies you personally. Because we set no non-essential cookies, there’s no cookie-consent banner to click.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and help plan your stay.
- To show live pricing and availability for our homes (these come from Hostfully when you request a quote).
- To understand, in aggregate, what’s useful on the site so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the site work:
- Hostfully — our property-management and booking platform (quotes, availability, and the checkout where you reserve).
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics described above.
How long we keep it
Messages you send us are kept as long as we need them to help you and for our ordinary business records, then deleted. Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to you.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email Trekadoofamilyvacations@gmail.com. If you’re a California or EU/UK resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA and GDPR; contact us and we’ll honor them.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning family travel and is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

When you follow a link to Hostfully, Airbnb, Vrbo, or another site, their privacy practices — not ours — apply.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
